1. Acceptance of Terms
By using bullrunhauling.com or requesting services from Bull Run Hauling LLC ("Bull Run Hauling," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Bull Run Hauling provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and related services in Northern Virginia. Final pricing depends on actual volume, weight, materials, accessibility, and labor required, which may differ from estimates provided based on photos or descriptions.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates. On-site inspection may result in adjusted pricing. We provide a final price before beginning any work, and you may decline service without obligation.
4. Items We Cannot Accept
We cannot legally haul certain items including but not limited to: hazardous waste, asbestos, medical waste, paint (in some quantities), tires (subject to local limits), and certain chemicals. We will identify any non-acceptable items before pickup whenever possible.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Commercial accounts approved for net-30 invoicing will receive invoices with payment terms specified on each invoice.
6. SMS Communications
When you provide your phone number and consent to SMS messaging through our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Bull Run Hauling regarding your service request and related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bull Run Hauling's liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for those services. We carry general liability insurance ($1M), auto liability ($1M), and umbrella coverage ($2M) for incidents directly caused by our negligence during service.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling service, you confirm that you have the right to dispose of the items being removed and that no items contain unlawfully retained materials or hidden valuables. Bull Run Hauling is not responsible for items inadvertently included in materials we are asked to haul away.
9. Cancellation
Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from services or these Terms will be handled in the courts of Prince William County, Virginia.
