Pricing
Upfront Pricing β No Surprises
Published prices, priced in small increments β never rounded up to the next tier. You approve the firm price on-site before we start.
Between two sizes? You pay the increment you land on β never rounded up.
Every home is different β a packed room can hold more than these examples. Your firm price is confirmed on-site before we start, and you can decline at no cost.
Bigger than a full load? We price in load increments and still finish in one visit β no return-trip fees.
Pricing at a Glance
| Load Size | Starting Price | Typical For |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum | $165 | 1β2 items β a couch, a mattress, one appliance |
| 1/4 Load | $299 | a couch plus a few pieces |
| 1/2 Load | $499 | a full bedroom set or half a garage |
| 3/4 Load | $679 | a two-room cleanout or a packed garage |
| Full Load | $899 | a whole-home declutter or estate load |
All prices include crew, loading, hauling, and disposal. You approve the price before we start β no hidden fees.
How Is the Price Built?
How much you have sets the base
The load size from the cards above.
Access adjusts it
Basement, upstairs, or a long carry adds labor; curb or garage staging keeps it at base. We tell you before you approve.
Disposal fees pass through
Mattresses, TVs, and freon appliances carry small certified-recycling fees, listed below at cost.
You approve β then we work
The price is firm before anything moves.
What Do Common Items Cost?
Why $165 for one piece? Every trip includes a 2-person crew, the truck, fuel, and certified disposal β the item itself is the cheap part. A second item almost always lands you in a better bracket.
What Moves the Price Up
- Stairs, basements, or long carries
- Weight-priced materials (concrete, brick, dirt β priced by weight, not volume)
- Disassembly (swing sets, trampolines, hot tubs)
- Regulated disposal (mattresses, TVs, freon)
What Moves the Price Down
- Stage it at the curb or driveway
- Combine items into one visit β 3/4 to full is only $220 more, so if you're close, add the extra stuff now
- Recurring / property-manager pricing for B2B
Worth It When
- You've got a real load, not one curb-ready item
- The stuff is inside, upstairs, or out back
- You want it gone today with a firm price
- Your time matters more than the DIY gap
Maybe Not When
- One bulky item you can wheel to the curb and your county offers bulk pickup
- You already have a truck and a helper
- You need a car, boat, or RV hauled β that's towing, not junk removal
Heavy Material β Bed-Load Pricing
Concrete, brick, dirt, and shingles are priced by weight β a single pickup bed of concrete can weigh 3,000 lbs.

Questions
Common Questions
How much does junk removal cost?+
Single items and minimum loads are one flat $165 β no sliding scale. A half load, our most common job, is $499. You're priced across small increments between those tiers and never rounded up to the next one.
Can you really come same-day?+
Often, yes β call before 2 PM and we'll do our best to get you on the schedule the same day. And it's backed by our On-Time Window Guarantee: You pick a 2-hour window. We text 30 minutes out. If we miss your window, $50 off on the spot.
What happens to my stuff after you haul it away?+
We sort every load for donation and recycling first β landfill is the last resort, not the first stop. We divert 50%+ of what we haul from landfills through donation centers, recycling facilities, and scrap metal yards.
How does load sizing work if my job is in between sizes?+
You pay by how much you have, priced in small increments β never rounded up to the next tier. Every home is different β a packed room can hold more than these examples. Your firm price is confirmed on-site before we start, and you can decline at no cost.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?+
No, as long as we can access the items. Many customers leave items in the driveway or unlock a garage. Payment can be handled by phone.
Are you open on Sundays?+
By appointment. Most junk removal companies don't answer the phone at all on Sundays β we'd rather take the call and work out a time.
